From the young childhood he started receiving awards. Awards at school, for best student, for poems recite, for untangling riddles…

– But, that’s not all. He received the first award for “Best Actor” when he was 13 years old, for the role in “I Want to Know Why I Have Wings”. The firs award for this role was in Romania, at the “Film Festival for Children and Youngsters” in Piatra Neamt – 1984.

– Prize for The Best Young Actor at the Film Festival in Santarem – Italy , for the role Dan in the feature film „Vreau sa stiu de ce am aripi” (aka “I Want To Know Why I Have Wings”) – 1984;

– Prize for The Best Young Actor at the Film Festival in Piatra Neamt for the role Traian in the feature film „Marele Premiu” (aka “The Grand Prize”) – 1985;

– The First Prize at the Theatre Festival in Avignon – France , for the play „Clovnii” (“The Clowns”) – 1992;

– The First Prize at the Experimental Theatre Festival in Cairo – Egypt, for the play „Mantaua” (“The Coat”) – 1992;

– The Grand Prize at the Experimental Theatre Festival in Cairo – Egypt, for the play „A murit moartea, mai” (“The Death is Dead”) – 1993;

– The Prize of the Jury at the Young Actors Festival in Costinesti – 1996.

– The Prize of the Jury for the play „Prâslea” at „Creangă Festival” – 2005;
